Text messages from MiNT Assist

MiNT Assist can text you a code when you sign in or confirm your phone number. This page explains that program: what we send, who gets it, how often, and how to stop it.

The short version: we text only sign-in and verification codes and account security alerts, only if you add your mobile number and agree in the app. We never send marketing. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The program

Program name: MiNT Assist verification codes.
Sent by: MiNT Assist, a product of MINT ATHLETICS HOLDING COMPANY INC.
Sending number: +1 (844) 924-2136 (toll-free).

What we send

One-time sign-in and verification codes, and account security alerts. That is all. We never send marketing, promotions, or ads by text.

A typical message reads: “MiNT Assist: Your verification code is 482915. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Who gets texts

Only people who add their mobile number in the MiNT app and check the consent box. In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Phone number. Enter your mobile number, check the box that says you agree to receive sign-in and security codes from MiNT Assist, and tap Send code. The box is never checked for you.

Texts are optional. You can use MiNT without them, and we can always send your codes by email instead.

How often

Message frequency varies. Usually you get a text only when you ask for a code, such as when you sign in or confirm your number, plus the occasional security alert.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. MiNT does not charge for texts; any charges come from your mobile plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message from +1 (844) 924-2136 to stop all texts. We send one message to confirm, and then no more. To start again, reply START. You can also email support@mintassist.app and ask us to remove your number.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@mintassist.app.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a code does not arrive, wait a minute and ask for a new one.

Your number and your consent

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep your mobile number and a record of when you agreed with your account, and use them only to send the codes and alerts above. Amazon Web Services, which runs our sign-in, delivers the texts for us and receives your number only to do that. The Privacy Policy has the details.
